This unique healthcare model activated by St. Joseph's/Candler will expand beyond traditional healthcare services, putting residents at the epicenter of a revolutionary new way of thinking about their health, engaging the entire community of Richmond Hill to Bē Health & Well-Being®.
Activating the personal well-being of the Heartwood community is one of the goals of this strategic alliance. The elements of well-being can be broken into 4 main buckets: physical, emotional/mental, spiritual and social/societal. All of these elements of well-being are important attributes to the human condition and developing programming around these elements within the community will help residents enhance all or specific elements they would like to focus on.
All classes are taught at The Outfitters at Heartwood. Here's a glimpse of just a few of our classes:

Sarah can also refer you to additional services unique to your health care needs. For example, if a resident is interested in nutritional counseling, the Bē Health navigator can arrange for a dietitian to come on site for a consultation.
